Off to the coast today for 3 nights till monday, mums staying with me tonigh then ive got 2 nights alll alone (unless a mate comes to visit tomorrow night for a drink)
just gonna walk on the beach, read, draw and drink red wine. a lovely little break.

yelled at my psychiatrist...
after about 6 years of seeing him i finally let loose and yelled and swore and cried and screamed and told him to “LISTEN TO ME AND STOP PLAYING WITH YOUR DAMN PRINTER!!!” and he acted as though he was relieved, like he was happy i finally pushed back.

I really hate it when I fall asleep next to someone and wake up in the morning alone and theyve gone. i get paranoid. even though i know theyve just gone to work early. I get scared they looked at me and i looked ugly when i was sleeping or something
